- Reservation Process: To book a touristic service through our website, select your desired experience, date, and number of participants. Follow the prompts to complete the reservation process, which may include providing personal information and making payment, your payment includes local Taxes.
- Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email from info@wallywonka.yachts containing details of your reservation, including the date, time, location, and any additional instructions or requirements.
- Payment: Payment for your booking is typically required at the time of reservation. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
- Booking Modifications: If you need to modify your booking after confirmation, such as changing the date or number of participants, please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable fees or restrictions.

If you doit at least 2 days (48 hours) before the tour, there’s a 12% charge for administrative expenses.
- Refund Processing: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it using the original method of payment. Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Cancellation by WallyWonka.yachts: In rare circumstances, WallyWonka.yachts may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, safety concerns, or insufficient demand. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or alternative options, as appropriate.
- No-shows: Failure to show up for a booked touristic service without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of your payment. Please ensure that you cancel your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy to avoid unnecessary charges.
- Force Majeure: WallyWonka.yachts is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to bookings resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy may not apply, and refunds may be subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers.
